New Speakers Coordinator!05.24.08
Mahad Qamar has been moved up to Speakers Coordinator from his former position as Masjid Coordinator for Masjid At-Taqwa. Alhamdulillah, he did a great job there and insha'Allah he'll continue to do a great job in his new role. If you're a speaker for CY events, he'll be your point man! Hasan Gopalani has been moved to the head of the Volunteer Section for CY and will be overseeing all volunteerism and speaker issues.
Family Night at Hamza: Cancelled05.15.08
We canceled the Family Night at Masjid Hamza because Masjid At-Taqwa is having a fundraiser the same night for Dar ul-Arqam. We didn't want to divide the community and have two major events in the same zone. So the fundraiser is successful, we are encouraging everyone to goto Masjid At-Taqwa instead. We apologize for this inconvenience, and we hope everyone understands.
